Elene focuses her practice on general corporate and commercial law matters. Prior to joining MG Law, Elene gained experience by working in LEPL – Market Surveillance Agency, where she worked as a Legal Specialist.

EXPERIENCE

Providing expert and strategic legal advice to the management of the Agency and ensuring regulatory compliance of the Agency;
Managing the process of approximation to the EU legislation;
Monitoring the implementation of the legal provisions and meeting legal objectives;
Participating in the process of dispute resolution on behalf of the Agency.

Elene holds an LL.B from the Free University of Tbilisi where she successfully participated in various national moot court competitions. Currently, she pursues LL.M at the New Vision University of Georgia on the comparative private and international law program. During her LL.M studies she took part in 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
